Hello! I’m Kat, and I created this little website to share my story with you and how I wrote my maid of honor speeches. Three of them even. Or, well, actually just two. The first time I didn’t even write one. 
I’ve been lucky (or rather unlucky) enough to have been selected maid of honor three times already, and of course I had to give a speech each time.
If you’re reading this then you’re already a big step ahead of where I was when I first had to give a speech. Let me give you a piece of advice: don’t think that you can just come up with a great speech right there at the wedding, without notes, without preparation. Trust me, I know.
It doesn’t matter how much you love to talk, you have to be prepared. And the good thing is that it’s actually pretty easy to come up with some great maid of honor speech ideas, even if you can’t think of any right now. Well, neither did I. So what did I do?
I cheated.
